These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of JwNotebook.org (the "Site"). By using the Site the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.
1. Site operator
The Site JwNotebook.org is operated by JwApp. Any reference to "we" in these Terms refers to JwApp as the operator.
2. Service description
The Site allows users to view, generate and download customizable notebooks in PDF format, available in multiple languages, related to Conventions and Assemblies.
3. Acceptance of the Terms
Using the Site implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms please do not use the Site.
4. User account
Some features require creating an account with a valid email address and a password. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through their account. The account is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
5. Intellectual property
Content, code, graphics, logos and distinctive elements of the Site belong to JwApp or to their respective owners. Personal and non-commercial use of downloaded files is allowed; any other use requires prior written authorization.
6. Acceptable use
The Site may not be used for unlawful purposes or in ways that may damage its operation. In particular it is forbidden to: perform automated mass scraping, attempt to access restricted resources, decompile or reverse engineer the Site, redistribute content without authorization.
7. Content and downloads
Files generated and made available by the Site are provided "AS IS", without any warranty. JwApp does not guarantee that the content is always available, complete, up-to-date, error-free or free of charge: conditions and terms of access may change at any time, including the introduction of paid features or content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JwApp shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site. In particular, no compensation or refund may be claimed for damaged files, printing or content errors, service interruptions, data loss or technical issues of any kind. The user expressly accepts the risk arising from the use of the web application as is.
9. Account suspension and termination
JwApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time and without notice in case of violation of these Terms or improper use of the Site.
10. Changes to the Terms
JwApp may update these Terms at any time, with notice published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence, where applicable.
