Help with JWNotebook

Learn how to choose a convention or circuit assembly notebook, download and use the PDF, and get help with an order.

About JWNotebook

JWNotebook is an independent project that offers PDF notebooks for taking notes at conventions and circuit assemblies of Jehovah’s Witnesses. It is not affiliated with jw.org, the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society, or any official organization of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

The notebooks are a personal note-taking aid. They do not replace the event program or information from the event organizers.

Choosing and downloading a notebook

Choose an event and language, then open the notebook page to review the cover, page preview, and price. After purchase, download the PDF and use it on paper or on a tablet.

Availability varies by event, year, and language. If you cannot find the edition you need, check the language selector or contact support.

Printing and tablet use

The product page lists the notebook’s page size; many editions are A4. For double-sided printing, set the scale to 100% and check the page orientation before printing the whole file. Paper weighing 80–100 g/m² is recommended for writing.

You can also open the PDF in a compatible reading or annotation app, including Goodnotes, Notability, Samsung Notes, Xodo, Adobe Acrobat, or Foxit. On a tablet, you can write with a compatible stylus, such as Apple Pencil.

Program versions

Convention notebooks follow the program for the year shown on the product page.

Some circuit assemblies have two program versions: one with a circuit overseer and one with a branch representative. Check your program and choose the matching notebook.

Languages

Notebooks are available in more than 70 languages. The language selector shows the events and languages for which an edition has been published.

If you cannot access a purchase, contact support with the email address used for the order and, if available, the order number.

Support and refunds

For technical problems such as a corrupted file, missing pages, or a failed download, contact support. We will review the issue under the Terms of Use, including any refund that may apply.

Privacy and personal use

We collect the information needed to provide the service. Paddle and Stripe handle payment information, and JWNotebook does not sell user data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The notebooks are for personal, non-commercial use. You may print copies for yourself and share a link to the website, but you may not resell or publicly redistribute the PDF. See the Terms of Use for the full conditions.
